Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our soy and beeswax candles. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing parts may not be eligible for return. Custom or personalized items may not be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization number
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, scent, or style, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
